Marine Tanguy in conversation with London’s future change-makers: Saype, Jasmine Pradissitto
and David Aiu Servan-Schreiber at the Museum of London.
Society of Londoners Young Ambassador, Marine Tanguy, will lead a panel with artists at the vanguard of sustainable art including Saype, Jasmine Pradissitto and David Aiu Servan-Shreiber. As CEO and Founder of MTArt, Marine is an advocate for the transformative impact of art and her MTArt agency is the first to break the gallery model, promoting visual artists globally. Having been awarded Forbes 30 Under 30 in Europe for in 2018, the panellists are equally change makers, working with sustainable materials from bio-degradable paint to using polymers that absorb pollutants from the air. This event is only open to Society of Londoners and guests.
Born Guillaume Legros, Saype is known for his gigantic achievements on grass, which has seen him awarded Forbes 30 under 30 in 2019. For Saype, art must be a tool to address social conflict.
As a physicist as well as artist, Jasmine sculpts using materials often discarded and is inspired by nature, the human condition and scientific breakthrough to present a commentary on an Anthropocene world.
David’s work addresses environmental issues, such as deforestation, and invites us to evaluate our relationship with our planet and our destructive human nature.
What is the Society of Londoners and who are the Young Ambassadors?
The Society of Londoners is the Museum of London’s giving scheme where like-minded individuals come together to engage, debate and share ideas whilst supporting the museum and its collections. Our Young Ambassadors help us by connecting young Londoners with exciting and relevant conversations taking place in the city today and introducing people to the Museum of London and its work.
